• Gift Baskets cannot be returned due to the nature of the items.
• Damaged gift basket orders must be reported within 2 business days from date of delivery. Every effort will be made to replace damaged items, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame.
• Single orders, which are canceled after the Gift Basket has been created are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Multiple orders which are canceled after the Gift Baskets have been created are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• All Gift Baskets returned will incur a return delivery charge of the actual delivery fee charged by the shipper.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact, along with all accessories included in the original shipment. The receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
• Once your return is received and verified, you will be refunded within ten(10) business days with the same payment method used for the original purchase.
