Gallery Canada Return & Refund Policy

General Merchandise (Except for Gift Baskets):

  • Except for Gift Baskets, products can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
  • See Gift Basket Return & Refund Information below.
  • Returns will incur no shipping fees if the product is defective or damaged.
  • For all other reasons, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fees. Gallery Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs if the product doesn't  meet your expectation, or if you placed the order and it has already been shipped.
  • Gallery Canada will email you a return shipping label which you can print and attach to the package.
  • If an item is not delivered to you or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us immediately.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact, along with all accessories included in the original shipment. The receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
  • Only products in NEW condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has been used. New = Unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  • If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability and alternatives may be offered.
  • In cases where you choose to provide the shipping, a tracking number must be provided to Gallery Canada and confirmed delivered to the warehouse.
  • We may require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to issue a refund.
  • For claims, once processed and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the request to be completed.
  • Once your return is received and verified, you will be refunded within ten(10) business days with the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Gift Baskets Return & Refund Policy:

    • Gift Baskets cannot be returned due to the nature of the items.
    • Damaged gift basket orders must be reported within 2 business days from date of delivery. Every effort will be made to replace damaged items, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame.
    • Single orders, which are canceled after the Gift Basket has been created are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Multiple orders which are canceled after the Gift Baskets have been created are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
    • All Gift Baskets returned will incur a return delivery charge of the actual delivery fee charged by the shipper.

    • Any Gift Baskets returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.
    • No credits or replacements will be processed until the returned merchandise is received.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • In cases where you choose to provide the shipping for a Gift Basket return, a tracking number must be provided to Gallery Canada.
    • We may require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to issue a refund or replacement items.
    • Once your return has been received and verified, you will be refunded within ten(10) business days with the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Due to their nature, all holiday baskets and gifts, unless damaged, are non-refundable. Shipping for these items is also non-refundable.
    • We cannot be responsible for Gift Baskets that are damaged or spoiled due to delivery issues. In these cases, a claim with the courier will be facilitated.

    RETURN & REFUND POLICY - ALL

    We comply with all relevant Canadian laws related to returns and refunds.
    We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

    • This Gallery Canada Return and Refund policy is valid for the country of Canada.
    • Gallery Canada is not responsible for shipping carrier related delays nor do we issue refunds or cancel orders due to shipping delays outside of our control.
    • Gallery Canada must issue return authorization prior to the return of goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
