I purchased this play set for my 7 month old as she learns to crawl and pull her self up. She loves it! Her favourite is the slide piece right now. It came ready to use and not vacuum sealed like others I found on Amazon, that was a huge plus. I like the Velcro to attach them to keep from sliding around and I like the material that I can wipe off easily. I was pleased to find a colour way that blended in with my everyday furniture too. Very pleased with the customer service. I wasn’t receiving emails when I ordered it and they were able to rectify the issue even though it was on my end and not theirs. Without hesitation they resent the conformation and shipping emails and even called me to make sure I received them and could track my order! Shipping was very fast- I think I received my order within a week of ordering. I have recommended this website to friends and family for future purchases.
I assembled the chair today very easily & when I sat in it i was extremely impressed with the comfort it offered. I was in awe again when I used the massage. The style of the chair is wonderful. I would recommend it to anybody thinking of buying it. Delivery took place five days after ordering it & the Company did a follow up to make sure I received the chair & was happy with my purchase.
