We ordered this base and arranged for our neighbours to grab it when it arrived as we were in Vancouver for work. But within 30mins it was stolen from our porch. We let Customer Service know and they didn't hesitate in sending a replacement with the instructions to require a signature upon delivery.

Fairly easy to assemble except two holes were wrong and we had to correct that overall very nice bench
