How Quickly Can You Answer My Question?

  • We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and respond promptly. We typically reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email. Please call us if the matter is urgent.

Does Gallery Canada provide customer service support after hours and during weekends and Holidays?

  • We don't provide support after 5pm EST, weekends or Holidays, except for urgent cases. In these cases, please indicate “Urgent” in your message in the contact form, and a member of the Gallery Canada customer care team will reply as soon as possible.

Where does Gallery Canada ship to?

  • Gallery Canada delivers to most addresses within Canada.
  • We do not deliver to NU, NT, or YT.
  • We do not deliver to APO, FPO, and Post Office Box addresses.
  • We do not deliver to areas where the postal codes begin with: A0K, A0P, A0R, A2V, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, T0P, T0V, V0T, V0L, V0V, V0W, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0G, X0E, X1A, Y0A, Y0B, or Y1A.

Does Gallery Canada offer free delivery?

  • We provide Free Standard Shipping for all items in the store.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for remote locations and rural areas.

Will there be customs and/or duties on my order?

  • At this time, Gallery Canada only ships to locations within Canada and your purchase will not be subject to import duties.

How long does it take for delivery?

  • Delivery times are typically 2-8 business days, after processing, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. Shipping companies typically do not deliver on weekends.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, prior to your order shipping.
  • Most items ship from Canada. Some items may ship from the U.S. if the item is not available at the Canadian location.
  • For larger orders, items may arrive in separate boxes and may not be part of the same shipment.

How Can I Track My Order?

  • Simply go to the Track My Order page and input your Email and Order number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Why Isn't My Tracking Number Working?

  • If your tracking number isn't working please contact us for assistance.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Placed?

  • To change the delivery address after placing an order, email or call us for assistance.
  • If an address change is requested while the package is in transit, a re-direct fee may apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address, including any buzzer numbers.
  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be contacted for a correction, and the package can be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
  • Please note that we typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

What is Gallery Canada's return policy?

  • An item may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns will incur no fees if the product is defective or damaged. For all other reasons, the customer will be required to pay the shipping costs. Gallery Canada is not responsible for return shipping costs if the product didn’t meet your expectation, or if the order was placed in error but has already been shipped.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact. The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  • If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability and alternatives may be offered.

What payment methods do you offer?

  • Gallery Canada accepts many payment methods including PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY and AMEX.
  • We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later option through Klarna.

Does Gallery Canada offer a warranty?

  • Unless otherwise stated, all other products have a 30 day warranty that begins on the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in all new products.

How do I cancel my order?

  • If you have not paid for the order, the cancel option should appear in your cart and at check-out.
  • Contact Gallery Canada right away if an order was placed in error and it is being processed or has shipped.

What if an item is missing or the product is received defective or damaged?

  • If any purchased items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
  • If the package is damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for the delivery. 
  • Please email Gallery Canada immediately at returns@gallerycanada.com and do not dispose of the boxes or packaging materials.
  • Gallery Canada is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery. A damage claim will be proceeded with the shipping carrier

Will My Order Come In One Package?

  • Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1-2 business days apart.

What about Out Of Stock/Backordered Items?

  • If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the things are not likely to be restocked within two weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.
