I had made a purchase online with Canada Gallery -- the product was shipped promptly. Once received it was discovered to have a manufacturing defect and I contacted Canada Gallery by email through their customer service.
The response was almost immediate and they tried several different things to remedy the situation. At the end of the day their solution was a full refund and free return shipping of the item.
Their service was excellent and highly recommend them based on their service to the customer.
